Well, I didn't receive a dime from this absolutely WORTHLESS "Insurance Company". But I did find out that I was paying way too much for insurance.

I also am having problems not so much with a claim yes but the adjuster who has no clue as to what her job is, supposed to be my adjuster she is the worst I have spoke to her boss who blew me off and when this situation is completed I am sending a letter to their CEO with an explanation of the entire situation. She flatly refused to call the company whom I was dealing with (100 yr storm, I had a back up in my basement and had to have someone come out and clean it out) Well they wanted to talk to my insurance representative and she flatly refused.
I have never had an adjuster refuse to talk to the company who was doing the repair work and her boss covered her butt.
I am now in the process of looking for another company they are fine as long as you are just sending them money lord forbid you actually have to make a claim! Beware!

Preferred solution: All I wanted was to be treated fairly and was meeting WRG more than halfway, with items advising them not to worry about. Inturn they left me high and dry. Sticking by my promise to write in a different forum nightly before I go to bed.
No claims, rates triple in 5 years.
Preferred solution: I want my 5 year history on Monday. Pro-rated refund after we make arrangements with another company.
